01About Us
Dhanvi Jewels is a sole proprietorship registered in Gujarat, India (GSTIN 24KHYPS9126Q1ZT), manufacturing and supplying lab-grown diamonds and fine jewellery from Surat. Contact: sales@dhanvijewels.com.
02Our Services
We showcase our collections on this website and serve customers primarily through personal consultation — on WhatsApp, by email and in person. Enquiries, quotations and orders are handled individually; the website itself does not process payments.
03WhatsApp Channel
By messaging our official WhatsApp business number, you consent to receive replies and service messages from us on WhatsApp. Our channel may use an automated assistant to answer questions and help with enquiries; you can ask for a human at any time, and orders are reviewed by our team before confirmation.
- Reply “STOP” at any time to stop receiving messages from us;
- Standard data charges from your network provider may apply;
- WhatsApp is provided by Meta Platforms and subject to WhatsApp's own terms of service;
- Do not use our channel to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content.
04Product Information & Certification
We take care to describe our diamonds and jewellery accurately, including carat, cut, colour, clarity and metal details. Images are illustrative; minor variations in appearance can occur, and screens render colour differently. Where a product is stated to be independently certified, the certificate accompanying the product prevails over any summary description.
All our diamonds are lab-grown and are disclosed as such. They are physically, chemically and optically equivalent to mined diamonds.
05Pricing, Quotations & Orders
- Prices for diamonds and precious metals move with international markets and exchange rates; any price shared in chat or by email is indicative until confirmed in a quotation or invoice;
- A quotation is valid for the period stated on it (or 48 hours if no period is stated);
- An order is confirmed only when we acknowledge it and any agreed advance or payment terms are met;
- Applicable GST and other taxes or duties are charged as per law;
- We may decline or cancel an order where stock, pricing or verification issues arise — anything you have paid for a cancelled order will be refunded.
06Payment, Delivery & Risk
Payment methods, delivery timelines, insurance and shipping arrangements are agreed per order and stated on the quotation or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, and title passes on receipt of full payment.
07Returns & Concerns
Each piece is checked before dispatch. If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will make it right. Any other return, exchange or buy-back terms are as stated on your invoice or agreed with you in writing for that order. Custom-made and personalised pieces are made to your specification and are generally not returnable except for defects.
08Intellectual Property
All content on this website — designs, text, images, logos and branding — belongs to Dhanvi Jewels or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
09Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our website or channels — including attempting to breach security, scrape content, send spam, impersonate others, or use our services for any unlawful purpose.
10Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our website and messaging channels are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep information accurate and services available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
11Privacy
How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12Governing Law & Changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance.
