Data Deletion Instructions
You can ask Dhanvi Jewels to delete the personal data we hold about you — including your contact details, enquiry history and WhatsApp conversations with our business number — at any time, free of charge.

01How to Request Deletion
Use whichever channel is easiest for you:
- WhatsApp: message “DELETE MY DATA” to our official business number from the phone number whose data you want deleted;
- Email: write to sales@dhanvijewels.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”, mentioning the phone number or email you used with us.
We may need to verify that the request comes from the owner of the data — usually a simple confirmation from the same number or email address.
02What We Delete
- Your contact details and profile information from our systems;
- Your conversation history with our WhatsApp business number held in our systems;
- Your enquiry records and any preferences or notes linked to you.
03What We May Retain
Where the law requires it, some records survive a deletion request — for example invoices and tax records connected to completed purchases, which we must retain for statutory periods under Indian law. Such records are kept only as long as required and are not used for any other purpose.
04Timelines
We acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete them within 30 days. We will confirm once the deletion is done.
05Your Copy of the Chat
Deleting data from our systems does not remove the conversation from your own WhatsApp app, and Meta processes WhatsApp messages under its own privacy policy. For full details on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
