  • message us, or receive messages from us, on WhatsApp (including our official WhatsApp business number) or other messaging and social channels;
  • make an enquiry, request a quotation, or place an order with us;
  • correspond with us by email, phone or in person.

03Information We Collect

Information you provide. Your name, phone number, WhatsApp profile name, email address, delivery or billing address, the contents of your messages and enquiries (including any photos or documents you share), and details of the products you are interested in or purchase.

Information collected automatically. Basic technical data when you use our website, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and approximate region, used for security and to keep the site working well.

Information from our service providers. Message delivery and read status and related metadata provided by the WhatsApp Business Platform (operated by Meta) and by the other providers listed below.

  • To respond to your enquiries and share product details, catalogues, availability, certifications and quotations;
  • To process, confirm and fulfil your orders, and to provide order and service updates;
  • To operate, personalise and improve our website, products and customer service;

05WhatsApp, Automated Assistance & Meta

Our WhatsApp channel runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms. When you chat with us on WhatsApp, your messages are transmitted and processed by Meta in accordance with the WhatsApp Privacy Policy. We see the messages you exchange with our business number; we do not see your other WhatsApp conversations.

Parts of our WhatsApp service may be handled by an automated assistant that helps answer questions about our diamonds, prices and orders. You can always ask to speak with our team, and a human reviews significant requests such as orders.

You can stop receiving messages from us at any time by replying “STOP” on WhatsApp or blocking our number.

06How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only to the extent needed:

  • Messaging and communication platforms (such as the WhatsApp Business Platform / Meta);
  • Cloud hosting, database and IT infrastructure providers;
  • Logistics, insurance and shipping partners, to deliver your orders;
  • Payment and banking partners, to process payments you make;
  • Professional advisers and authorities, where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

07Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Conversation history is retained while you remain a customer or active enquirer so we can serve you better. Records connected to invoices, taxation and statutory compliance are retained for the periods required by Indian law, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to our business — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and verified, signed integrations with messaging platforms — to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Our website and WhatsApp channel are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Some of our service providers (including Meta and cloud hosting providers) may process data on servers located outside India. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards and commitments those providers offer and on protections available under applicable law.
